You can become a student for 4 days at SMU, which takes place in the Castle of Courriere. Included in the price is your 3 night stay, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Sadly the castle isn’t wheelchair friendly.
You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol but we have a IG bar where we’ll serve mead in the evening.
Minimum age is 16 at the time of the event. Maximum is… well, we don’t know… We don’t believe in being too old! Too young neither, but that rule is more insurance-wise, alas.

Statera Mundi University welcomes you from the 11th of July to the 14th of July 2026 at the school's castle.
Address
Château de Courrière, Rue Bâtis de Corère 6, 5336 Courrière, Belgium. You can come by car or by public transport. Courrière does have a trainstation which is about 15 minutes on foot away from the castle.

IMPORTANT: A VERY SMU LOTTERY!
Player Tickets for SMU: Edition 2026 will be distributed through a lottery system this year. After the overwhelming success of last year’s sign-up process, which we are incredibly grateful for, we want to ensure a fairer experience and give everyone ample time to respond. To achieve this, we have decided to implement a lottery system for SMU tickets.
So, registration will take place through a sign-up pool, from which participants will be selected via a lottery. The primary sign-up period to be eligible for the lottery opens on the 24th of October 2025, at 20:00, and closes on the 16th of November 2025, at 20:00. If everything proceeds smoothly, lottery results will be announced after the flagging week that follows the closing of the pool.

WAITING LIST HAS OPENED
Once the lottery concludes and you receive confirmation, you must complete your payment within the month or notify us by mail if you require an alternative payment plan. Failure to do so, or to contact us, will result in your tickets being reassigned to someone on the waiting list.
If you requested to be on the waiting list in case you don’t receive a ticket in the lottery, you will automatically be added.
